1. A license issued pursuant to this chapter: (a) Is valid for 1 year, unless suspended, revoked or cancelled. (b) Is not transferable. 2. The Department shall adopt regulations providing for the renewal of such licenses. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2904; A 2007, 1573)
