1. The provisions of this chapter which authorize the possession or sale of liquor only by a person who holds a license issued under this chapter do not apply to an officer or an officer’s deputy who sells or offers for sale liquor at a sale under execution held pursuant to NRS 21.150. 2. It is not a violation of the provisions of this chapter if a person who holds a license issued under this chapter purchases any liquor at a sale under execution held pursuant to NRS 21.150.
