1. A unit-owners’ association may not exercise the power of eminent domain pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. 2. As used in this section, 'unit-owners’ association' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 116.011 or 116B.030. (Added to NRS by 1997, 3125; A 2007, 2277)
