Statute 370 700

1. The Attorney General, on behalf of the Department, may bring an action in the district court of this State to: (a) Enjoin any threatened or actual violation of the provisions of NRS 370.600 to 370.705, inclusive, by a distributor or manufacturer and to compel the distributor or manufacturer to comply with those provisions; or (b) Enforce any of the provisions of NRS 370.600 to 370.705, inclusive. 2. In any action brought by the State to enforce the provisions of NRS 370.600 to 370.705, inclusive, the State is entitled to recover any costs of investigation, expert witness fees, costs of the action and reasonable attorney’s fees. 3. If a court determines that a person has violated any provision of NRS 370.600 to 370.705, inclusive, the court shall order any profits, gain, gross receipts or other benefit from the violation to be disgorged and paid to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State General Fund. 4. The remedies and penalties provided in NRS 370.600 to 370.705, inclusive, are cumulative to each other and to the remedies and penalties available under any other law of this State.
