The State Treasurer shall deposit any money the State Treasurer receives from the Department pursuant to NRS 372B.140, 372B.150 or 372B.160: 1. For the first $5,000,000 of the combined amount of such money received in each biennium, for credit to the State Highway Fund. 2. For any additional amount of such money received in each fiscal year, for credit to the State General Fund. (Added to NRS by 2015, 2606)
