The county recorder shall provide a taxpayer with a response to any written request submitted by the taxpayer that relates to a tax imposed by this chapter within 30 days after the county treasurer receives the request. (Added to NRS by 2001, 1587; A 2003, 3491; 2003, 20th Special Session, 178)
