Statute 377a 070

1. The county treasurer shall deposit the money received from the State Controller pursuant to NRS 377A.050 for a public transit system, for the construction, maintenance and repair of public roads, for the improvement of air quality or for any combination of those purposes in the county treasury for credit to a fund to be known as the public transit fund. 2. The public transit fund must be accounted for as a separate fund and not as a part of any other fund. (Added to NRS by 1981, 1649; A 1983, 1600; 1985, 735; 1997, 2972; 2003, 954)
