1. There is hereby created within the State Library, Archives and Public Records a State Publications Distribution Center. 2. The State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator: (a) Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (b), may adopt such regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of the Center. (b) Shall adopt regulations prescribing the procedures for submitting an electronic version of a publication to the Center pursuant to NRS 378.180.
