1. Subject to the provisions of NRS 378.310 and subsection 4 of NRS 239.090, the State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator shall furnish, on request, to a person who has paid the proper fees for it, a copy of material not deemed confidential in the archives, and may certify it if required. 2. The State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator may charge a reasonable fee for searching archives of the State and for producing copies of and for certifying copies of material in the archives.
