The Board shall: 1. Examine and assess archives and public records programs and the facilities, professional staffs and auxiliary personnel that support such programs. 2. Review and evaluate applications made by political subdivisions and private organizations for grants from the Account for Historical Records to improve the preservation of historical records. 3. Make recommendations to the State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator for approval of applications for grants from the Account for Historical Records. 4. Publish any material pertaining to its work as it deems appropriate. (Added to NRS by 1989, 836; A 1997, 3146; 2013, 1622)
