The State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator may adopt regulations establishing fees: 1. Of not more than $5 for the issuance and renewal of a certificate. The fee for issuing a duplicate certificate must be the same as for issuing the original. The money received from such fees must be paid into the State General Fund. 2.
