Statute 38 360

1. The Division shall administer the provisions of NRS 38.300 to 38.360, inclusive, and may adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out those provisions. 2. All fees collected by the Division pursuant to the provisions of NRS 38.300 to 38.360, inclusive, must be accounted for separately and may only be used by the Division to administer the provisions of NRS 38.300 to 38.360, inclusive.
