Statute 381 0037

The Board may establish: 1. A petty cash account for the Division and each institution in an amount not to exceed $500 for each account. Reimbursement of the account must be made from appropriated money paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid. 2. A change account for each institution for which a store for the sale of gifts and souvenirs has been established pursuant to NRS 381.003, in an amount not to exceed $1,500.
