Statute 381 0075

Any condition or restraint placed on any bequest, devise, endowment, trust allotment or other gift made to the Division must be in writing. The Administrator and the Board must accept, in writing, such a bequest, devise, endowment, trust allotment or gift before it becomes the property of the State of Nevada. (Added to NRS by 2001, 929)
