The Museum Director may limit a permit described in NRS 381.197 as to time and location. Such a permit may not be granted: 1. For a period of more than 1 year. 2. For investigation, exploration or excavation in a larger area than the applicant can reasonably be expected to explore fully and systematically within the time limit set in the permit. 3.
