Statute 383 400

As used in NRS 383.400 to 383.440, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 383.405 to 383.425, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2005, 569)
