Statute 385 605

The Superintendent of Public Instruction is responsible for ensuring that the duties and responsibilities of the Advisory Council set forth in NRS 385.605 to 385.625, inclusive, are carried out by the Advisory Council successfully. (Added to NRS by 2011, 2300)
