The Department shall include in the statewide system of accountability for public schools data: 1. To recognize public schools that reduce the frequency of the suspension, expulsion or removal of pupils from school as a means of discipline, including, without limitation, a reduction in the occurrences of the suspension, expulsion or removal of pupils that disproportionately affect pupils who belong to a group of pupils listed in subsection 2 of NRS 385A.250; and 2. That is collected pursuant to NRS 392.462 and submitted to the Department pursuant to paragraph (e) of subsection 2 of that section. (Added to NRS by 2021, 3558; A 2023, 759)
