The clerk shall: 1. Keep the minutes and audio recordings or transcripts of all meetings and transactions of the board of trustees. 2. Subject to the written direction of the board of trustees, draw all orders for the payment of money belonging to the school district. (Added to NRS by 1969, 619; A 2005, 1412)
