1. The State Department of Agriculture shall: (a) On or before July 10, 2015, and on or before December 31 of the year preceding each school year thereafter, publish a list of the public schools that meet the requirements for participation in the Program pursuant to NRS 387.1145. (b) On or before July 15, 2015, implement the Program in accordance with the National School Lunch Act and the School Breakfast Program. (c) Offer technical assistance to public schools and school districts relating to: (1) The implementation of the Program. (2) The submission of claims for reimbursement under the School Breakfast Program. (d) Distribute the money to implement a breakfast-serving model under the Program. 2. The Director may apply for and accept any gift, donation, bequest, grant or other source of money for the purpose of funding the Program. (Added to NRS by 2015, 3853)
