1. During each quarter of each school year, the clerk of the board of trustees of a county school district shall cause to be published a list of expenditures of the county school district made during the previous quarter school year. The published list of expenditures shall be in the form prescribed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction. 2. The publication required by subsection 1 shall be printed in some newspaper published and of general circulation in the county the boundaries of which are conterminous with the boundaries of the county school district. 3. The newspaper described in subsection 2 must possess the qualifications prescribed in chapter 238 of NRS. 4. If no qualified newspaper is published within a county, then the required publication shall be printed in some qualified newspaper printed in the State of Nevada and having a general circulation within the county.
