Statute 388 13505

1. A pupil or the parent or legal guardian of a pupil who witnesses an incident of discrimination based on race may report the incident to an administrator or his or her designee. 2. A governing body shall categorize an incident of discrimination based on race as a racially motivated or hate incident on the appropriate system to track pupil information used by a school.
