Statute 388 251

1. An emergency operations plan development committee that receives a proposed deviation from a school committee pursuant to NRS 388.249 shall, within 60 days after it receives the proposed deviation: (a) Review the proposed deviation and any information submitted with the proposed deviation; and (b) Notify the school committee that submitted the proposed deviation whether the proposed deviation has been approved. 2. An emergency operations plan development committee shall provide a copy of each deviation that it approves pursuant to this section to the board of trustees of the school district that established the committee or to the governing body of the charter school that established the committee.
