1. Each school district and the governing body of a charter school or a university school for profoundly gifted pupils, as applicable, shall annually provide professional development regarding the use of school service providers and the security of data concerning pupils. 2. Teachers and other licensed educational personnel employed by a school district, charter school or university school for profoundly gifted pupils shall complete the professional development provided pursuant to subsection 1.
