Statute 388 397

Any state money that is not distributed or allocated pursuant to NRS 388.392 to 388.395, inclusive, by the end of the fiscal year does not revert to the State General Fund and must be carried forward for distribution in the following fiscal year. (Added to NRS by 2013, 2772)
