Before submitting an application for any grant which may result in the distribution of money to a charter school or the sponsor of a charter school, the Department shall: 1. Consider the definitions and measures of school performance specified in the grant and make any necessary adjustments to the information submitted by the Department to conform to the definitions and measures of school performance specified in the grant; 2. Separately determine the academic performance for each campus of the charter school and the charter school as a whole; and 3. If the State Board has approved an application by a charter school to be rated using the alternative performance framework prescribed by the State Board pursuant to NRS 385A.730, apply the alternative performance framework to evaluate the performance of the charter school.
