The Executive Director shall: 1. Execute, direct and supervise all administrative, technical and procedural activities of the State Public Charter School Authority in accordance with the policies prescribed by the State Public Charter School Authority; 2. Organize the State Public Charter School Authority in a manner which will ensure the efficient operation and service of the State Public Charter School Authority; 3. Serve as the Executive Secretary of the State Public Charter School Authority; 4. Ensure that the autonomy provided to charter schools in this State pursuant to state law and regulations is preserved; and 5. Perform such other duties as are prescribed by law or the State Public Charter School Authority. (Added to NRS by 2011, 2355; A 2015, 3259)—(Substituted in revision for NRS 386.512)
