On or before December 15 of each odd-numbered year, the sponsor of a charter school must submit a report describing any actions the sponsor of the charter school has taken pursuant to NRS 388A.330 to the Joint Interim Standing Committee on Education if: 1. The charter school has received, within each of the immediately preceding 3 consecutive school years, one of the two lowest ratings of performance pursuant to the statewide system of accountability for public schools; and 2. The governing body of the charter school does not plan to close the charter school pursuant to NRS 388A.306 or change the sponsorship of the charter school pursuant to NRS 388A.231.
