The board of trustees of a school district in which a charter school is located shall not: 1. Assign any pupil who is enrolled in a public school in the school district or any employee who is employed in a public school in the school district to a charter school. 2. Interfere with the operation and management of the charter school except as authorized by the charter contract, this chapter and any other statute or regulation applicable to charter schools or its officers or employees.
