Statute 388a 570

'Director of the Department of Business and Industry' means the Director of the Department of Business and Industry or any person within the Department of Business and Industry designated by the Director of the Department of Business and Industry to perform duties in connection with a project or the issuance of bonds pursuant to NRS 388A.550 to 388A.695, inclusive.
