Statute 388c 060

1. Except as otherwise provided by specific statute and by regulation of the State Board as determined necessary by the Superintendent of Public Instruction, the provisions of this title do not apply to a university school for profoundly gifted pupils. 2. The employees of a university school for profoundly gifted pupils shall be deemed public employees. (Added to NRS by 2005, 2426; A 2007, 1210)—(Substituted in revision for NRS 392A.060)
