Statute 388c 250

1. The governing body of a university school for profoundly gifted pupils shall submit to the Department in a format prescribed by the Department such information as requested by the Superintendent of Public Instruction for purposes of accountability reporting for the university school. 2. The governing body of a university school for profoundly gifted pupils shall, on or before November 15 of each year, submit to the Department in a format prescribed by the Department the following information: (a) The actual expenditures of the university school for profoundly gifted pupils in the fiscal year immediately preceding the report; and (b) The proposed expenditures of the university school for profoundly gifted pupils for the current fiscal year.
