Statute 388d 300

As used in NRS 388D.300 to 388D.370, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 388D.305, 388D.310 and 388D.315 have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections. (Added to NRS by 2019, 1980)
