The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall: 1. Authorize any pupil who is admitted to a challenge school to enroll in that school in lieu of enrolling in the high school the pupil is otherwise scheduled to attend. 2. Adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of NRS 388D.300 to 388D.370, inclusive, with which each challenge school must comply. (Added to NRS by 2019, 1982)
