1. All officers of the State are hereby authorized and directed to do all things falling within their respective provinces and jurisdiction necessary or incidental to the carrying out of the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children and to accomplish the purposes thereof. 2. All officers, bureaus, departments and persons of and in the State Government or administration of this State are hereby authorized and directed at convenient times and upon request of the State Council for the Coordination of the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children to furnish the State Council with information and data possessed by them and to aid the State Council by any means lying within their legal rights.
