An empowerment team for a school shall: 1. Select, from among its members, a Chair and a Vice Chair. 2. Assist the principal in the development of the empowerment plan for the school. 3. Assist in the development of the proposed budget for the school and provide ongoing advice to the principal concerning the expenditure of money apportioned to the school. 4.
