Statute 389 540

The board of trustees of each school district shall conduct a periodic review of the courses of study offered in the public schools of the school district to determine whether the courses of study comply with the standards of content and performance established by the Council pursuant to NRS 389.520 and if revision of the courses of study is necessary to ensure compliance.
