1. The Commission shall annually elect one of its members as President and one of its members as Vice President, to serve at the pleasure of the Commission. 2. The Superintendent of Public Instruction or the Superintendent’s designee shall serve as the nonvoting Secretary to the Commission. The Secretary shall coordinate the activities of the Commission.
