Statute 391 027

1. The State Board may disapprove any regulation adopted by the Commission. 2. A regulation shall be deemed approved if the State Board does not disapprove the regulation within 90 days after it is adopted by the Commission. (Added to NRS by 1987, 996; A 2011, 2310)
