1. Each school counselor and school psychologist shall complete continuing education as determined by the Commission. 2. The Commission shall adopt regulations establishing continuing education requirements for school counselors and school psychologists. The regulations must include, without limitation, the amount of continuing education a school counselor or school psychologist must complete pursuant to subsection 1. 3. Each school social worker shall complete continuing education as determined by the Board of Examiners for Social Workers. 4. The Board of Examiners for Social Workers shall adopt regulations establishing continuing education requirements for school social workers. The regulations must include, without limitation, the amount of continuing education a school social worker must complete pursuant to subsection 3. (Added to NRS by 2021, 740)
