As used in NRS 391.301 to 391.309, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, 'employee' means a person who: 1. Is employed by a school district in this State; and 2. Is required, as a condition of his or her employment, to hold a license issued pursuant to this chapter. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2817; A 2007, 312)
