The Department shall, in consultation with the boards of trustees of school districts and the Council, develop an electronic tool for providing documents concerning evaluations conducted pursuant to NRS 391.680 to 391.730, inclusive, to teachers, administrators and other licensed educational personnel. The tool must allow an administrator who conducts an evaluation to: 1. Immediately share documents concerning the evaluation with the teacher, administrator or other licensed educational employee who is the subject of the evaluation; and 2. Recommend professional development courses to improve the performance and knowledge of the teacher, administrator or other licensed educational employee who is the subject of the evaluation.
