1. On or before the deadline prescribed by the Statewide Council, the governing body of each regional training program shall submit a proposed biennial budget for the regional training program to the Statewide Council. 2. The proposed biennial budget of the regional training program must be in the form prescribed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction and include, without limitation, the amount of money requested by the governing body to pay for the salary or other compensation of the coordinator of the program hired pursuant to NRS 391A.160. 3.
