1. If the governing body of a regional training program determines that a revision of the budget for the program is necessary because of changed conditions, the governing body may submit a request for a budget revision for the remainder of a fiscal year to the Statewide Council. 2. Every request for a budget revision must be submitted to the Statewide Council in the form and with such supporting information as the Superintendent of Public Instruction prescribes. 3. The Statewide Council shall approve or disapprove the request for a budget revision in writing. The Statewide Council may approve the request if the Statewide Council determines the budget revision is necessary because of changed conditions. 4. If the Statewide Council approves the request for a budget revision, the Statewide Council shall determine whether a request for a revision of a work program pursuant to NRS 353.220 is necessary.
