1. The governing body of a regional training program may facilitate and coordinate access to information by teachers and administrators concerning issues related to suicide among pupils. Such information must be offered for educational purposes only. 2. Receipt of or access to information pursuant to subsection 1 does not create a duty for any person in addition to those duties otherwise required in the course of his or her employment.
