1. To the extent that money is available from legislative appropriation or otherwise, a regional training program must pay: (a) The salaries and travel expenses of staff and other personnel necessary to the operation of the program; (b) Related administrative expenses; and (c) The costs incurred to acquire equipment and space to operate the program. 2. To the extent that money is available from legislative appropriation or otherwise, a regional training program may provide incentives for teachers to attend the regional training program, including, without limitation: (a) Arrangement for credit toward renewal of a license or an endorsement for a license; (b) Provision of books, supplies or instructional materials for the classrooms; and (c) Provision of stipends.
