1. On or before December 1 of each year, the board of trustees of each school district shall submit, on a form prescribed by the Department, an annual report concerning the professional development training offered by the school district to the State Board, the Commission on Professional Standards in Education, the Joint Interim Standing Committee on Education and the Legislative Bureau of Educational Accountability and Program Evaluation. 2. The State Board shall prescribe by regulation the contents of the report required by subsection 1.
