On or before November 1 of each year, the State Board shall: 1. Review all Teach Nevada Scholarships awarded for the immediately preceding academic year; 2. Compile a report for the immediately preceding academic year which must include, without limitation: (a) The number of students who applied for a Teach Nevada Scholarship; (b) The number of scholarship recipients; (c) The total cost of all Teach Nevada Scholarships; (d) The graduation rate of scholarship recipients; (e) The percentage of students who: (1) Were scholarship recipients in the academic year that immediately precedes the year which is the subject of the report; (2) Did not graduate by the end of the academic year that immediately precedes the year which is the subject of the report; and (3) Received a Nevada Teacher Advancement Scholarship, as defined in NRS 391A.665, for the academic year which is the subject of the report; (f) The percentage of scholarship recipients who graduated and became employed as a teacher at a public school in this State; and (g) The number of scholarship recipients who subsequently fulfilled the requirements of subsection 4 of NRS 391A.585; and 3.
