Statute 393 0715

1. No school property, buildings or grounds may be used to further any program or movement the purpose of which is to accomplish the overthrow of the Government of the United States or of any state by force, violence or other unlawful means. 2. No board of trustees of any school district may grant the use of any school property, building or grounds to any person or organization for any use in violation of this section. 3. Any violation of this section is a misdemeanor. (Added to NRS by 1959, 295)
