The board of trustees may: 1. At the session held pursuant to the provisions of NRS 393.270; or 2. At any public meeting held by the board of trustees pursuant to the provisions of NRS 393.247, if it deems such an action to be for the best public interest, reject any bid, and withdraw the property from sale or lease.
